Job Summary: The Supervisor in Civil Projects is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities to ensure the successful completion of civil engineering projects. This role involves coordinating with various teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage and motivate on-site staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, equipment, and resources.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that may arise, maintaining a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
